You have the right to access the personal information which the we hold. You have the right to ask the us to update, correct or delete your personal information. Once you object to Mortgage Connect on processing your personal information, we may no longer process your personal information, within reasonable parameters, unless to conclude a transaction or outstanding business. Should you wish to withdraw your consent to process your personal information, you must do so in writing, addressed to support@finance.properties.We may disclose your information where we have a duty or a right to disclose in terms of applicable legislation or where it may be necessary under any other law.
